Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced & Finance Systems Lead to oversee the transition from our legacy ERP to NetSuite. This role will lead the end-to-end rollout of NetSuite across multiple European entities and support the selection and implementation of other finance and operational systems as we scale.

What you will be doing

  • Serve as the company’s internal NetSuite expert, owning all technical aspects of the platform.
  • Lead the full NetSuite implementation, including configuration, customization, testing, and go-live.
  • Manage all data migration activities (mapping, cleansing, validation, import) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, scripts, roles, permissions, custom objects, and automation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and internal/external systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Provide day-to-day NetSuite administration, issue resolution, and system optimization.
  • Manage system updates, enhancements, and overall platform performance.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams to ensure NetSuite supports core business processes.
  • Work with NetSuite/Oracle or external partners when specialized development or support is required.
  • Maintain technical documentation and deliver user training where necessary.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing other business systems (e.g., procurement, CLM, workflow tools)

What you need to have

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (implementation, configuration, customization).
  • 3+ years experience partnering with finance/accounting teams and deep understanding of key financial processes
  • Experience with ERP migrations, including data migration and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
