About the role:

  • This Team Lead / Manager role is an exciting, fast-paced opportunity where you’ll guide a dynamic team of sales reps focused on turning every incoming inquiry into an opportunity.Combining coaching, data analysis, and strategic thinking, your mission is to support your team daily : understanding the sales process, spotting improvement areas, and driving continuous growth. You’ll also analyze team performance and develop action plans that create real, measurable impact. As the department continues to grow fast, this role is a hybrid position between being a team lead and manager responsibilities, therefore, we’re looking for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to elevate both the team and the results to achieve new heights.

What you'll do:

  • Lead & Inspire an inbound sales team to not just meet, but crush monthly sales targets.
  • Mentor & Coach your team members, supporting their growth and helping them reach their peak performance.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings and Monthly Performance Reviews to track progress, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day inbound sales operations, including pipeline management, sales processes implementation and performance tracking.
  • Transforming metrics into actionable insights and providing coaching tips to your team members to optimize your results.
  • Shape the future of the Inbound Sales team by improving processes, streamlining tools, and creating strategies that set up for long-term growth and success.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of your sales team members.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, trends, and opportunities for senior leadership.

What you'll bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within fintech or financial services.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or people management position
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and creating high-performing teams.
  • Great understanding of sales processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment.
  • You work well independently, ambitious and a team player
