If you're a passionate QA Engineer who loves both manual and automated testing, enjoys solving complex problems in a high-load fintech environment, and wants to work with cutting-edge technologies and AI tools, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take full ownership of product quality in one of Finom's product teams (Core Banking, Growth, FinCrime & Risk, etc.).
- Perform manual testing of web, backend, and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (Selenoid + pytest and Appium + pytest), GitLab CI/CD.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools and assistants to accelerate test case generation, and test automation.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle — from feature discussion to production release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure fast, stable releases (2–3 per week on average).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards.
- Explore and implement new AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of QA experience, including mobile, web, frontend, and backend testing.
- Proven experience within FinTech or other highly complex, data-driven domains where accuracy and security are paramount.
- Full-Stack Testing: Hands-on expertise with both manual and automated testing across all key platforms: backend services, web frontend, iOS, and Android applications
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Testim, Applitools, or similar) for test creation, debugging, and automation. Enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
- Solid comprehension of client-server architecture and practical, confident experience with REST API testing
- Confident in using SQL for debugging and data verification.
- Programming background in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. A strong motivation and commitment to deepening expertise in Python is required.
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (equivalent to B2+ level or higher)
