Finom is seeking its first Head of Partnerships to build and scale our European partnerships function. As a leading FIntech for SME Business Accounts, partnerships are becoming a critical lever for aggressive revenue growth and awareness. You will define the partnership strategy, execute high-impact deals, and build a scalable engine across multiple Partnership channels.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer you will be collaborating directly with senior peers across Product , Marketing, and Commercial teams.
This role is for an executor; someone who can operate both strategically and pragmatcially, turning partnerships into a predictable and repeatable revenue channel within the next 12-18 months.
What you'll do:
- Develop and own Finoms Partnerships strategy, covering Strategic Accounts, Revenue-Share Partners, Product Integrations, and Channel Alliances
- Create partner segmentation, value propositions, and commercial frameworks
- Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team as the function scales
- Lead the end to end deal management of high-impact strategic partnerships across fintechs, SaaS, marketplaces, financial services, and SME platforms
- Own partnership revenue forecasts, budgeting, and reporting
- Work cross functionally to ensure predictable pipeline generation and delivery versus targets
- Identify integration opportunities that enhance Finoms product value and improve customer retention, such as APIs and data exchange
- Create and execute successful partnership playbooks for high value segments across key markets for Finom
- Regularly reporting key KPIs to executive leadership and presenting the vision and future of the Partnerships department
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or GTM roles in Fintech
- Proven track record of building or scaling a partnerships function
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital banking, and payments industries
- Builder mindset; able to create process, frameworks and structure from scratch
- Commercially minded and deal hungry, this is a revenue generating role
- Deeply cross-functional experience and strong stakeholder management
- Desire to take on huge responsibility, and get their hands dirty, to deliver results to create a leading growth lever for Finom
