About the role
We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Digital Performance Manager to join our Paid Media team. In this role, you will drive the growth of our digital presence among corporate clients and entrepreneurs, focusing on performance marketing for B2B audiences (SME clients).
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360, while also experimenting with emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, Amazon, Snapchat).
This position reports directly to the Paid Media Team Lead and involves close collaboration with our creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns targeting SME audiences across multiple digital platforms.
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, placements, and bidding strategies to enhance lead quality and reduce CPL.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with customer pain points and product value propositions.
  • Analyze campaign performance across the funnel, report on key metrics (CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS), and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Develop basic dashboards or collaborate with analysts to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with advertising platform developments, privacy regulations, and emerging B2B marketing trends.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in: LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), DV360 (experience with additional programmatic platforms is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey, including long sales cycles and strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, building hypotheses, and optimizing based on measurable performance.
  • Familiarity with tracking, tagging, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in English (intermediate level or above) for working with ad platforms and technical documentation.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Marketing automation platforms and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or SME/entrepreneur-focused marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of GTM, APIs, and pixel implementation.
