Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of AI and automation solutions to optimize CDD processes.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation across the CDD team.
- Ensure all solutions meet strict regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Use low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make/Integromat) to build reliable and scalable processes without extensive custom development.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end CDD processes, leading digital transformation efforts.
- Introduce innovative approaches to streamline onboarding, monitoring, and review activities.
- Manage proof-of-concepts and pilot projects, bringing successful solutions into production.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CDD team and key stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk, Product, and Technology.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable AI and automation solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that impact CDD processes.
- Independently manage projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics for AI and automation initiatives.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to senior management on process efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation.
Who you are
- A strong understanding of CDD/Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in process optimization, automation, and AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms to design and maintain efficient workflows.
- The ability to work independently, turning strategic vision into practical execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to define and interpret performance metrics.
- A continuous improvement mindset and innovative thinking
- You are a proactive self-starter who takes full accountability for results.
