Working format:
Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or a NIE linked to a valid working permit in Spain (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Growth & Subscription team, leading our Referral, Rewards, and Network Effects initiatives. In this role, you'll architect and refine features that harness social mechanisms and incentives to accelerate user acquisition and boost engagement across our platform. As a growth product manager, you'll collaborate across disciplines—from data science to design—to supercharge virality and build stickier experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for referral flows, rewards programs, and network-driven mechanics to accelerate user acquisition and lifetime value.
- Experiment & Iterate: Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, cohort analyses) to validate hypotheses and scale what works.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive, high-impact features.
- User Insights & Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user motivations, referral behavior, and program performance.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics—referral conversion rate, viral coefficient, retention lift—aligned with business goals.
- Rewards Strategy & ROI: Develop and refine incentive mechanisms that balance user motivation, cost, and long-term product value.
- Champion Network Effects: Evaluate and prioritize opportunities (e.g. business-to-business/ to partner banking, team invites, community features) that amplify network effects, organic growth and reinforce user retention.
