We are searching for a strategic and customer-obsessed Lead Product Manager to own and revolutionize Finom's Bills and Invoices products. This role is at the heart of our customers' financial operations, covering the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). With our invoicing tools experiencing rapid adoption, your mission will be to define and execute on a strategy that helps entrepreneurs and SMEs manage their cash flow effectively. You will be responsible for creating experiences that enable faster payments and effortless management of payables, transforming one of the most significant pain points for any business. Reporting to the Head of Product for Core Experiences, you will directly influence the financial health of our customers and drive one of Finom’s most loved products by customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Finom’s end-to-end AR and AP solutions, including e-invoicing, payment collection, bill capture, and payment automation.
  • Become the expert on the SME cash flow management journey, deeply understanding the lifecycle of an invoice and a bill to uncover and solve the most critical user problems.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovering new opportunities and conducting research to driving development, launching, and iterating on solutions that deliver tangible value.
  • Develop and prioritize a feature pipeline focused on increasing adoption, engagement, and monetization of our invoicing and bill payment products.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, data analysts, and researchers to build best-in-class product experiences that are both powerful and intuitive.
  • Deeply understand the "jobs-to-be-done" for SMEs related to managing money-in (AR) and money-out (AP), translating complex user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Bills and Invoices domain, focusing on metrics like time-to-get-paid, invoice creation rates, and bill processing efficiency.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-invoicing, B2B payments, AP/AR automation, and open banking across Europe.
  • Champion a data-driven and customer-centric approach within your team and across the wider product organization.

Who You Are

  • You have significant product management experience (7+ years), with a proven track record of launching and iterating on successful B2B SaaS or Fintech products.
  • You are an AI-native product manager who embraces AI tools to work more effectively. You are equally excited to bring AI to the forefront of the products you build.
  • You care deeply about the customer and have demonstrable experience working in a customer-focused product team that prioritizes users and their problems.
  • You possess strong experience with and an in-depth understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) automation products, such as e-invoicing, bill pay solutions, or accounting software.
  • Experience with B2B payment rails (e.g., SEPA, instant payments), document data extraction, and accounting integrations is a significant plus.
  • You have a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by SMEs and entrepreneurs, particularly in financial management and cash flow.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable defining metrics, analysing data, and using insights to inform product decisions.
  • You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, data) in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • You are a clear and concise communicator (both written and verbal), able to articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and driving initiatives forward.
