Working format:
Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or a NIE linked to a valid working permit in Spain (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding Sales Team.
What you'll do:
- As a Finom Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, responsible for cultivating strong, lasting connections with our business customers. Your role is central to promoting Finom’s value through proactive communication, expert service, and strategic relationship-building.
- The goal of the Account Management team is to drive revenue from our portfolio of corporate accounts over time, focused on building best in class client relationships and identifying value add upselling opportunities for your clients and ensuring they grow over time with Finom.
- Initiate and maintain contact with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build trust, nurture relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, deeply understanding their business models and requirements.
- Deliver bespoke guidance on Finom’s products and services tailored to client’s business needs.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ assigned existing clients using Finom’s CRM tools.
- Prioritize and navigate daily tasks efficiently, focusing on high-impact activities.
- Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing client behavior and transaction data, following company’s guidelines.
- Always strive to meet and exceed SLAs and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information and interactions in all relevant platforms.
- Ensure seamless delivery of services and rapid resolution of issues for dedicated accounts, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Support fellow account managers to collectively exceed customer expectations.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management focused roles
- A growth mindset, strong team spirit, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments—you embrace challenges and adapt quickly.
- Skills in prioritization, data-driven decision making, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional customer service skills and dynamic personality.
- Ability structured processes and engaging daily with multiple stakeholders across video and phone calls.
Nice to have:
- Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with other CRM and collaboration tools such as Slack and Outreach
- Fluency in additional languages (German, Dutch, French) is a plus.
- 30-minute interview with the recruiter.
- 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager.
- 60-minute Final interview with the Department Lead.
