Main Responsibilities
- Team Management & Leadership
- Manage a team of Analysts to provide coaching, support, and performance feedback (quality and quantity).
- Monitor and manage team workload distribution and ensure consistent quality of output.
- Create and maintain the team rota to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement & Strategy
- Lead meetings to identify and implement process improvements.
- Attend and contribute to bi-weekly team improvement meetings to track trends, recurring issues, and discuss potential solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Join recurring meetings with partner banks to discuss operational matters, gather feedback, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Lead meetings to review the status of incoming requests from partner banks and explore trends or quality concerns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile and analyze FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) data to support decision-making.
- Create analytical reports to monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for improvement.
Who you are
- Experience with Large Corporations
- Experience in collaborating with correspondent banks
- Ideally experience working in a Fintech or EMI, large traditional bank experience also desirable
- At least 2 years experience of Transaction monitoring knowledge is a must
- Fluent proficiency in English, both reading and writing
- Internal and External Stakeholder Management experience
- Previous experience as Team Lead is appreciated but not required
