Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app banners, and WhatsApp to achieve key business objectives.
- Lifecycle Marketing Automation: Collaborate with the Growth domain to strategize, build, and implement lifecycle marketing automation flows aimed at increasing user activation, engagement, and retention.
- CRM Tool Management: Manage and optimize our CRM tools (Exponea, Twilio) to ensure data integrity, efficient campaign execution, and optimal performance.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop and implement robust segmentation strategies to enable effective personalization of communications, ensuring relevant and engaging content for different user cohorts.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve key operational metrics (deliverability, bounce rate) and engagement rates (open rate, click rate, CTOR), as well as conversion rates, identifying areas for optimization and experimentation.
- Automation Identification & Implementation: Proactively identify opportunities for automation across the entire user journey and implement triggered communications to enhance user experience and drive desired actions.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present clear and concise reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to main stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for future strategies.
Who you are
- With over 4+ years of experience in CRM, you are capable of conceiving, planning and executing communication campaigns independently;
- You have experience working in distributed teams, making sure all tasks are delivered on time and providing visibility and transparency of all process;
- You have experience with Exponea, the primary marketing automation tool. You also possess experience on Twilio for Whatsapp and SMS messages. Experience with other CRM tools, like Hubspot/Klaviyo, and with CDPs (eg. Twilio Segment, Rudderstack) are a plus;
- You are process oriented: you understand that CRM thrives on correct process, and you are serious about documenting your work;
- You are analytical and comfortable with dealing with raw data. You master SQL and have a knack for data analysis, especially regarding channel performance and conversion rate optimization;
- You master stakeholder management, making sure everyone is involved and aware of your work. You value transparency and candor in work relationships;
- You are curious and willing to go the extra mile to deploy new experiments, even if it means learning about new channels, investigating integrations and exploring
- You are fluent in English. Other European languages (spanish, french, german, etc) are a plus
