What You Will Be Doing
- Define and drive the product-led growth strategy, identifying opportunities to optimize the user journeys and communications from acquisition to long-term engagement.
- Lead a team of product managers, growth and pricing specialists, and data scientists to design and implement enhancements and experiments that drive scalable growth outcomes.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to build product features, communications, and customer experiences that enhance adoption, retention, and monetization.
- Act as the champion of growth across the organization—while growth is everyone’s job, you’ll harness the team's collective expertise to surface and execute the best ideas.
- Leverage data and deep customer insights to uncover growth opportunities, establish KPIs, and drive tangible business impact through initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Own and define a clear pricing strategy that aligns with the overall business growth objectives, balancing user value with revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and the customer acquisition domain to align product capabilities with demand generation efforts, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, iterating to test hypotheses and scale successful tactics quickly while moving on from hypotheses that don’t bring in the results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies by constantly testing new solutions to keep our growth strategies innovative and competitive.
Who You Are
- You bring several years of experience in product growth or a related role, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a product-led environment.
- You’ve worked on product-led growth in a subscription-based business, designing strategies that boost acquisition, retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
- You’re a product leader who combines analytical rigor with a passion for understanding and empathizing with the customer as a key to unlocking growth opportunities.
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels to agree on and execute your strategy.
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- You’re a natural leader with strong communication skills and can articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice To Have
- Background in fintech or familiarity with financial services, payments, or B2B-focused products.
- Experience leveraging AI to personalize user experiences and accelerate growth.
- Previous success in international expansion, adapting growth tactics to different markets.
- A knack for spotting untapped acquisition channels, like strategic partnerships.
