About the Role
The Customer Care team is at the core of our business, we are the face of our company, and we provide front-line support to our customers. We value our Customer Care team, and that's why we have such a competitive starting package.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Working every day with business owners and entrepreneurs, matching their drive and attitude to get things done.
  • Supporting our customers, predominantly through live chat and email, with any questions they may have.
  • Working as part of a team within the customer care department and the business as a whole to ensure we meet all individual and team targets.
  • Adapting to change.
  • Suggesting what we can do better.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and Dutch: written and verbal communication at advanced level.
  • Quick on your feet, ready to learn and grow.

Nice to have

  • You have worked in Customer Care for at least 1 year - Online, on the phone or face-to-face. If you have not worked in customer care, but would really like to - let us know!
