Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Operations Lead to manage a diverse team of four HR professionals. In this role, you will oversee and enhance HR operations across Poland, The Netherlands, Spain, and Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to lead key HR functions, drive process automation, and contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Effectively manage and develop a team of 3 incredibly talented professionals.
  • Pre-Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, collaborating with finance and payroll providers.
  • Mobility & Migration: Oversee employee relocation, visa applications, and compliance with international mobility policies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, handling workplace issues, grievances, and fostering positive employee relationships.
  • Work Councils: Manage relations with work councils, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and effective communication.
  • Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement across all locations.
  • HR Analytics: Develop and maintain HR dashboards, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and innovative tools.
  • HR Services: Ensure efficient delivery of HR services, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • HRIS Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS.

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR operations, with a track record of managing international teams and remote workers.
  • Knowledge: Strong experience and knowledge of labor/employment law in Poland or The Netherlands, as well as across Europe, including dealing with B2B contractors.
  • Leadership: Strong people management skills, capable of inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS and a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR processes.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in HR analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
