The position is open at the company hubs: Cyprus, Spain, and Poland.
Cyprus: relocation package is provided.
Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
What You Will Be Doing
- Full stack ML model development for detection and prevention of financial crime (gathering requirements, prototyping, deployment in production environment).
- 2Participate in infrastructure development for ML models operationalization and interservice interactions.
- Enhanced means of model performance evaluation, monitoring, and retraining.
- Develop and integrate services based on LLM in the current financial crime detection process.
- Develop and optimize mathematical models and algorithms for detecting and preventing fraudulent operations during transaction processing and client onboarding;
- Interact with DWH systems (PostgreSQL, BigQuery) to analyze large volumes of data;
Who You Are
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an ETL Developer, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Full Stack Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL-based programming languages.
- Experience with Python.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., BigQuery).
- Experience in deploying machine learning projects in production.
- Experience in developing API services (e.g., FastAPI or similar).
- Strong architectural skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Start-up oriented: proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Mathematical education.
- English – full working proficiency
