About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator to join our IT office in Krakow. If you're fluent in English and Polish, excel in organization, thrive in adapting to change, and are adept at finding solutions in unconventional scenarios, we want to hear from you!
This is a full-time role based in Krakow with a hybrid work mode.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate administrative activities within the office;
  • Support employees in liaising with immigration authorities, and managing form submissions for work and residence permits;
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, and corporate events;
  • Supervise office procurement of essential materials and supplies;
  • Work in a hybrid mode (at least 3 days from the office), ensuring the coworking space is effectively organized and managed;
  • Manage both online and on-site organization of company events;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and promptly resolve operational issues.

Who You Are

  • Minimum secondary specialized education level;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (HR/Travel Manager/Office Coordinator) within the IT industry;
  • Proficient in PC and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira);
  • Knowledge of Polish immigration law and experience with expat management;
  • Fluency in English and Polish, Russian is a huge advantage;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Quick adaptability and resourcefulness;
  • Established network and relationship-building abilities.
