About The Role
- You'll act as a technical owner of Salesforce and related systems developing and deploying changes to the system based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain proper documentation
- Perform regular health check to ensure system stability and resolve potential issues
- Build and maintain the technical capabilities to ensure high data consistency and quality
- Monitor and maintain integrations with 3rd party systems (Cloudtalk, Amplemarket, Hightouch etc.)
- Providing 2nd line user support on Salesforce related issues
- Work collaboratively with SalesOps, Sales, Account Management, Product and Security teams
- At least 4 years of Salesforce experience in technical capability
- Salesforce Admin certification is a must, Sales Cloud or Developer certifications are preferred
- Experience in SaaS or Fintech would be an advantage
- Deep understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
