Claims Analyst

  • Possess current experience of claims handling from multiple sources, preferably within a banking / fintech environment.
  • Ability to manage your own case loads, whilst assisting others when required.
  • Ensure claim files are listed correctly and adequate documentation has been created / collected and recorded for each case.
  • Able to communicate with different stakeholders to ensure correct and speedy resolutions.
  • Language competency in English (essential) plus one other language: French / Italian / German / Dutch.

Who you are

  • One (1) year experience in claims processing.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Independent judgment, decision-making, research, and analytical skills
  • Past experience within the legal field / Strong interest in the law
  • Proficiency with MS Office, G -G-Suite and JIRA
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
