Responsibilities
- Possess current experience of claims handling from multiple sources, preferably within a banking / fintech environment.
- Ability to manage your own case loads, whilst assisting others when required.
- Ensure claim files are listed correctly and adequate documentation has been created / collected and recorded for each case.
- Able to communicate with different stakeholders to ensure correct and speedy resolutions.
- Language competency in English (essential) plus one other language: French / Italian / German / Dutch.
- One (1) year experience in claims processing.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Independent judgment, decision-making, research, and analytical skills
- Past experience within the legal field / Strong interest in the law
- Proficiency with MS Office, G -G-Suite and JIRA
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
