We’re seeking a driven and empathetic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. You’ll be the face of our company, working closely with our customers to understand their needs, solve their challenges, and ensure they get the most out of our products and services.

What you will do

  • Develop strong relationships with our customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Onboard new clients and provide personalized training to ensure they have a seamless experience with our platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, collaborating with our product and technical teams as needed.
  • Gather feedback from customers to drive product enhancements and improvements.
  • Champion sales best practices within the organization and contribute to a culture of customer-centricity.
  • Understand and love our products, present unique benefits, be a true ambassador of the brand.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • A passion for fintech and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must-have: native Russian, fluent English
  • You are excellent in communications and enjoy talking to customers. Challenges drive you and make you think out of the box
  • You put structure into your work managing multiple customers at different sales stages
  • You are good both in individual work and as a team player
