We are looking for a full-time Team Lead of Incident Response. You will be responsible for supporting our customers of a wide range of incoming issues.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Notify, escalate and communicate to our business the existence and status of outages as necessary;
  • Design and implement a incident management strategy to increase the quality of customer service;
  • Design and implement a monitoring management strategy for preventive incident resolution;
  • Help co-ordinate the investigations and drive incidents to resolution / remediation;
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures;
  • Ensure compliance with requirements regulations and apply when needed policies;
  • Identify areas of improvement based on findings obtained through the study of logs, alerts etc;
  • Good understanding of relevant technologies and tools;
  • Identify and fill gaps in the monitoring and incident management procedures by documenting them;
  • Informing the risk committee about identified incidents;
  • Configuration and management of alerting and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, GCP);
  • Monitoring alerts, metrics via GCP, Grafana, Prometheus;
  • monitoring of all production services availability, ensuring the reliability of critical systems.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience with application or infrastructure services;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technically complex issues to various audiences;
  • Experience with log, metrics, or trace observability;
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, GCP);
  • Have excellent knowledge of database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL;
  • English at least B1 level, you'll be communicating a lot with foreign colleagues.
