What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage office duties and maintenance staff;
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time;
  • Handle all admin tasks, keep paperwork organized, and collaborate with accounts to request documents;
  • Order stationery and furniture;
  • Purchase, delivery, and return of office equipment (laptops);
  • Tracking office budget expenses;
  • Assist in organizing company events such as team building, parties, partner dinners, etc;
  • Manage document flow;
  • Assist in organizing business trips: booking and purchasing railway and air tickets, booking hotels, and arranging transfers;
  • Perform other duties related to the job assigned by the management.

Who You Are

  • You have more than one year as an office manager in the Netherlands and with the local operation market;
  • You have strong communication skills;
  • Service approach to work;
  • Desire and ability to help and support the team;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities;
  • Ability to complete tasks and projects with little or no guidance;
  • You know how to work in a group, but also work alone;
  • Developed attention skills to the details; you are initiative and active in your processes;
  • Fluent English is a must; Dutch/Russian is a big plus;
  • Understanding of local supply market;
  • You live in the Netherlands or have a residence permit in the country;
  • Working mode: office-based work.
