About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic High Volume Recruiter with a strong focus on the Customer Service department to join our talented recruitment team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our high-volume recruitment needs. What you will be doing

  • Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively source and attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions with a specific focus on business vacancies.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews and language assessments.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to a high standard of customer service.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organised candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the recruitment process.

Well experienced in searching business roles such as marketing, operations, sales, customer support on Europe market.

Who you are

  • Experience: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with a focus on customer service roles with language skills. Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, both internally to hiring managers and externally to candidates.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adjust to evolving recruitment priorities.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems ( Lever) and other recruitment-related tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Test Gorilla, HireEZ, Google Suite.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
