Responsibilities:

  • Partnership: collaborate with the team, team leads and product managers and senior managers, integrating Lean mindset and Six Sigma tools throughout the organization. You will work as a strategic partner, go to person for aligning process improvement initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Leverage your expertise in BPMN 2.0 and utilize lean techniques as Value Stream Mapping, Time studies, Gemba walks to understand, document and analyze existing processes across various business areas.
  • Problem identification: Use best suited problem-solving tools like Fishbone diagrams, 5Whys technique to get to the root cause of business processes issues.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage Lean principles, Six Sigma tools and your expertise to eliminate waste, run a range of simulations of the potential outcome, chose more effective and drive improvements to reduce process variation and improve overall efficiency.The complexity of solutions should match the complexity of the problem, avoiding unnecessary sophistication where simpler solutions are adequate.
  • Scalability: Ensure our processes can scale to accommodate exponential growth, integrate mechanisms for regular review and adaptation into each process, facilitating a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Develop a culture of continuous improvement across Finom. Educate team members of Lean Principles, Six Sigma tools and other continuous improvement techniques.
  • Project Collaboration: Lead and coordinate process improvement projects together with Team Leads, ensuring smooth transitions to new practices with minimal disruption.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and review performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of process changes, and adapt as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Critical and analytical thinking;
  • Start-up oriented, proactive, result-driven, and capable of working under own initiative and little supervision;
  • Practical hands-on experience with actual proven work of implemented improvements as well as eagerness to apply Lean principles, Six Sigma techniques and BPM tools as a framework for the future proof system of operational excellence are valued more than the years of past working experience;
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary;
  • University Degree, Lean , Lean Six Sigma (Master) Black Belts certification or similar;
  • Speak English fluently;
  • Other European major language(s) is a plus;
  • Have experience working in Fintech or traditional banking as an advantage.
