We are currently in process of rapid growth (x4 in last year), and launched our business in 3 new countries, with our presence across the EU now including Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland.

As the Brand Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maintain, protect, and strengthen our company's brand reputation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our brand is perceived positively by customers, partners, stakeholders, and the public. You will be at the forefront of shaping public perception and will collaborate with various teams to uphold the integrity and authenticity of our brand in the highly competitive fintech landscape.


  • Reputation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand reputation strategies aligned with the company's values and vision to foster a positive and trustworthy image.
  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle potential brand crises swiftly and effectively, by creating and executing crisis communication plans to mitigate any negative impact on the company's reputation.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company's online presence, including social media, review platforms, and other online forums, to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and enhance overall brand perception.
  • Thought Leadership: Position key executives and subject matter experts as thought leaders in the fintech industry, facilitating their participation in conferences, webinars, and media interviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal managers and c-lvl team, to maintain transparent and positive relationships that align with our brand's reputation goals.
  • Brand Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, ensuring that our core values and unique selling propositions are effectively conveyed.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research and brand sentiment analysis to understand public perception, identify potential risks, and capitalize on opportunities for brand improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze the reputation of key competitors to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of reputation management efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the management team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Native EN speaker (Additional DE,FR,IT,NL,SP as a second language is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in brand reputation management, crisis communications, or public relations within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and knowledge of fintech trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and press releases.
  • Crisis management expertise, demonstrating the ability to respond quickly and effectively to mitigate risks to the brand.
  • Proficient in using social media monitoring tools, sentiment analysis, and other reputation management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with media, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Highly adaptable, creative, and strategic mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
