Join a Family-Centered Team as a Remote BCaBA

At Finni Health, we believe that when we care for our providers, they can truly care for our families. We are seeking a BCaBA who is clinically skilled, deeply empathetic, and ready to empower families through high-impact, after-school telehealth support.

This is a fully remote position serving our Michigan-based families. We’ve built a supportive environment that removes administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work while maintaining your own well-being.

The Role: Clinical Excellence via Telehealth

Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will be a vital link in the child’s care team during the critical after-school window.

  • Customized Planning: Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.

  • Remote Caregiver Coaching: Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth to ensure consistency in the home.

  • Clinical Oversight: Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team.

  • Team Collaboration: Attend remote team meetings to share insights and ensure a "whole-child" approach to care

Credential Requirements

  • BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB.

  • MI LABA License: You must currently hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire. (We welcome applicants from any state!)

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Why Clinicians Choose Finni Health

  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere while making a direct impact on the Michigan community.

  • Family-First Culture: We lead with empathy, ensuring families feel seen and providers feel respected.

  • Balanced Caseloads: We value quality over quantity, preventing burnout and ensuring clinical integrity.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $50.00/hour.

  • Predictable Schedule: Stable evening EST hours—perfect for those seeking a steady part-time rhythm.

  • Supportive Perks: * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays.

    • CEU support and license/certification reimbursement.

    • Professional development and mentorship.
