The Opportunity

Are you an ambitious BCBA dreaming of clinical independence but held back by the overhead and administrative hurdles of starting from scratch? We are looking for a Founding Practice Owner to lead our Toronto expansion.

As the face of Finni Canada, you’ll be the architect of your own practice. You bring the clinical excellence; we provide the roadmap and the runway. You get the autonomy of a solo founder with the backing of a world-class infrastructure.

What the Role Entails

  • Build Your Legacy: Work with our team to set the gold standard for Finni’s Canadian operations, from clinical guidelines to local community outreach.

  • Clinical Command: Lead functional assessments, design evidence-based intervention plans, and provide high-level supervision that reflects the latest research.

  • Entrepreneurial Collaboration: Partner with our backend experts to navigate Ontario-specific billing, OAP requirements, and payor submissions.

  • Scale Your Impact: Partner with our team to recruit, train, and mentor your own team of RBTs/Behavior Technicians as your practice grows.

  • Families First: Cultivate a culture of empathy and meticulous care, ensuring your caseload remains manageable and your clinical standards remain elite.

  • Clinical Rockstars: You have a proven track record of high-quality care, parent satisfaction, and a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.

  • Credentials: Valid BCBA Certification (Required) and a deep understanding of the Ontario clinical landscape.
