The Role:

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings using NDBI and naturalistic approaches.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans

  • Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments

  • Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")

  • Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies

  • Work across home, school, and community settings

  • Facilitate skills-based group sessions to support social, behavioral, and functional development

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • Required: Michigan state licensure

  • Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching

  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice

  • Early childhood development expertise
