Position Overview
The BCBA at Arc Light BHC provides high-quality clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision within a small caseload model. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and opportunities for leadership, research, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCBA supervisee candidates

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members

  • Support implementation of behavior-supportive classroom and home environments

  • Monitor data, treatment fidelity, and client progress

  • Contribute to program development, research initiatives, and quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut

  • Experience in early childhood, school-based, or in-home ABA preferred

  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills

  • Interest in compassionate, trauma-informed, and research-driven practice
