Position Overview
The BCBA at Arc Light BHC provides high-quality clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision within a small caseload model. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and opportunities for leadership, research, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCBA supervisee candidates
Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
Support implementation of behavior-supportive classroom and home environments
Monitor data, treatment fidelity, and client progress
Contribute to program development, research initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)
Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut
Experience in early childhood, school-based, or in-home ABA preferred
Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
Interest in compassionate, trauma-informed, and research-driven practice
