Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
Provide direct behavior intervention services across settings
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
Train and support parents and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification through the BACB
In-home ABA experience required
Background in early childhood development and education
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
