About Us:
We're a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being.
The Role:
Seeking a creative, energetic BCBA/BCaBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings using NDBI approaches.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm) with opportunity to grow into a full-time position
What You'll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
Work across home, school, and community settings
Participate in dynamic team collaboration and case consultation
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
Required: Michigan state licensure
Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
Early childhood development expertise
Creative, flexible approach to intervention
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
