About the Role
Roots ABA Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing, community-based ABA team.
This is a part-time, hourly position (M–F, 3:30–6:30 PM) providing in-home ABA therapy to children (ages 2–6) in the Elmsford, NY area. You’ll work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that help clients build meaningful skills and achieve developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Collaborate with families and supervisors to promote skill generalization
Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions
Qualifications
High school diploma (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
Experience working with early intervention (ages 2–6) and in-home ABA settings (required)
Reliable transportation to client homes in Elmsford, NY
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable working directly with children and families in their homes
