🌈 What You’ll Do

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized BIPs.

• Provide and monitor evidence-based ABA therapy.

• Partner with families and caregivers to promote growth and skill development.

• Mentor and collaborate with other team members in a supportive setting.

• Maintain accurate data and participate in team consultations.

🎓 What You Bring

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in New York

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Experience in early childhood or developmental settings preferred.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $40–$80/hour (DOE)
