Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Finni Health is growing and looking for a compassionate, dedicated Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our amazing team across Suffolk County and Long Island!

As a valued member of our care team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy — helping children develop communication, social, and everyday living skills in the comfort of their own homes.

💫 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Support children in reaching meaningful milestones

• Record behavioral data and progress

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing BCBA supervision

• Bring energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every session!

💜 What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children (special needs experience a plus!)

• Reliable transportation

• Active CPR certification (required)

• RBT certification (preferred) or willingness to become certified

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably at a child’s level
