Position: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Northern Illinois — serving families in Elgin, Carpentersville, Schaumburg, Mundelein, Hampshire, Hanover Park, Crystal Lake, and surrounding areas
Schedule: Part-Time 3pm-8pm
Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience and certification)

As an ABA Therapist, you’ll partner with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a child’s home or community setting.

You’ll play a key role in helping children with autism and developmental differences build new skills, celebrate milestones, and thrive — all while gaining hands-on experience and professional mentorship in a supportive environment.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-person ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Collect and track data on client progress

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions

  • Work closely with families to create fun, engaging learning experiences

🎓 What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus!)

  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs

  • Reliable transportation for travel between client homes

  • CPR Certification (preferred; training available)

  • Active RBT Certification (preferred; we’ll help you earn it!)

  • A creative, compassionate, and energetic approach to helping kids learn and grow
