Position: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Northern Illinois — serving families in Elgin, Carpentersville, Schaumburg, Mundelein, Hampshire, Hanover Park, Crystal Lake, and surrounding areas
Schedule: Part-Time 3pm-8pm
Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience and certification)

As an ABA Therapist, you’ll partner with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a child’s home or community setting.
You’ll play a key role in helping children with autism and developmental differences build new skills, celebrate milestones, and thrive — all while gaining hands-on experience and professional mentorship in a supportive environment.
💡 What You’ll Do
Provide in-person ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect and track data on client progress
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions
Work closely with families to create fun, engaging learning experiences
🎓 What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus!)
Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
Reliable transportation for travel between client homes
CPR Certification (preferred; training available)
Active RBT Certification (preferred; we’ll help you earn it!)
