Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the life of a child with autism? Join our dedicated team at Finni Health! We are currently seeking multiple part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home care in Durham, NH.

About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver meaningful, in-home care. In this one-on-one role, you'll help children learn new skills, achieve developmental milestones, and support their families with compassion and expertise.

Key Details:

  • Openings: Multiple

  • Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours/week)

  • Compensation:

    • Direct hourly rate: $24.00–$28.00 per hour

  • Schedule:

    • Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30pm–7:30pm

    • Saturday & Sunday: Flexible (to complete a total of 15 hours/week)

    • Schedule is final due to client’s therapy availability on other days.

  • Work Location: In-home and other designated locations in Durham, New Hampshire

  • Urgency: Immediate openings available

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in the child’s home

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors

  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs to help shape the best possible treatment plans

  • Attend team meetings to share experiences, offer insights, and contribute feedback to enhance care

Qualifications:

  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training course (RBT certified or eligible to test within 90 days)

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working with children and a passion for supporting those with special needs

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check (conditional offer pending satisfactory results)

  • Additional experience requirements will be discussed by a recruiter

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Comfortable maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods

  • Able to sit on the floor or stand for extended sessions
