We've experienced rapid growth and are backed by top-tier investors like General Catalyst and YCombinator. We seek smart, driven individuals eager to innovate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting and HR operations, with a specific focus on finding clinical professionals. You'll be the engine that keeps our talent pipeline running smoothly, ensuring our recruiters and hiring managers have the support they need to find and hire the best talent.

  • Clinical Sourcing & Candidate Search: Actively source potential clinical candidates, such as behavior technicians, BCBAs, or other specialists, using platforms like LinkedIn, professional associations, and other networks. You'll identify qualified individuals for a variety of clinical roles and build a strong pipeline of talent.

  • Recruiting Administration: Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the recruiting process. This includes scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing candidate communication.

  • Email & Applicant Management: Organize and clean up recruiting-related emails, ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently. You'll help maintain a tidy and accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records up-to-date.

  • Job Posting & Maintenance: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms. You'll also help ensure our open roles are accurately represented and promoted.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and administrative processes. Your ideas will help us create a more efficient and positive experience for both our team and our candidates.

  • Adaptable Responsibilities: As Finni Health grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

About You

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for building teams and creating exceptional experiences. You are a proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support or HR experience, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting. Experience with recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling for clinical roles is a strong plus.

  • Organizational Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data. You are excellent at prioritizing tasks and can manage multiple responsibilities with ease.

  • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

  • Problem-Solving: You have a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues and are not afraid to tackle new challenges.

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and other collaboration tools. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), particularly Ashby, is a plus. You are comfortable learning new software and sourcing platforms.

  • Mission Alignment: You are excited about our mission and eager to contribute to our growth.

  • Adaptability & Agility: You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity with a proactive and positive mindset.
