ABA Behavior Technician - Windwatch Behavioral Therapy
📍Suffolk County, New York | 🗓️ Part-time, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm| 💵 $25.00 - $30.00/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in an in-home setting
Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Collect data and follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Support families and collaborate with team members
Uphold all policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
Bring a spirit of curiosity and willingness to learn
Other duties as assigned to support our mission

What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent (degree is a plus)
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral disorders
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within first 30-days)

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client homes
