Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Open Doors ABA
Part-time, ~25 hours per week, M–F flexible schedule
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN (home-based)

We are currently seeking an RBT to work with a specific client who requires consistent male support. Experience working with clients exhibiting high levels of aggression is required. This role is critical in supporting a child with behavioral challenges, and candidates must be confident, calm under pressure, and highly skilled in managing aggressive behaviors.

About the Role:
As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Track client progress and record accurate session notes

• Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification (Required)

• Experience managing high-aggression behaviors (Required)
