Join Arrow Behavioral, empowered by Finni Health, as a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician!

Locations: North Haven, CT and Deep River, CT

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Pay: $21-23/hour

Setting: In-home

As a Behavior Therapist you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors

  • Work closely with BCBAs and help build the best treatment plans

  • Attend team meetings as designated to share your weekly experience, collaborate with other team members and provide feedback for how we can improve

What You'll Need

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within child care

  • 2-3 years of experience working with children in an ABA setting

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course

  • Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)

  • To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

  • Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
