About Finni Health
Finni Health is scaling rapidly to provide top-tier behavioral health services. To support our growth, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Associate to provide crucial administrative and operational support to our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone with a bias for action who is eager to take ownership and learn in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Own HR Operations Support: Accurately process and maintain employee records, including data entry for new hires, terminations, and changes in HR systems.
Drive Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination: Take the lead on the administrative aspects of onboarding new employees (e.g., preparing new hire paperwork, ensuring completion of necessary forms) and offboarding departing employees.
Assist with Benefits Administration: Proactively support the HR team with routine benefits administration tasks, such as assisting with enrollment inquiries and data updates.
Ensure Compliance Documentation: Be responsible for ensuring all necessary compliance-related documentation is filed and maintained accurately.
Maintain Data Integrity: Perform high-volume data entry into our HRIS and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy as a top priority.
Manage HR Systems: Regularly update and maintain employee information in our HRIS (e.g., Rippling) and other HR tools.
Support Data-Driven Decisions: Assist in generating basic HR reports and compiling data as requested by the HR team.
Provide General Administrative Support: Be the go-to person for general administrative support for the HR department as needed.
About You
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within an HR or office environment. Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
Bias for Action & Problem-Solving: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a problem and take the initiative to solve it. You have a "can-do" attitude and are always looking for ways to improve processes.
Exceptional Execution: You are known for getting things done efficiently and accurately. You have a knack for handling competing priorities and consistently delivering high-quality work, even with repetitive tasks.
Data-Minded: You understand the importance of data integrity and have a meticulous eye for detail. You are comfortable working with data and can spot discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and a strong aptitude for learning new HR systems quickly. Experience with HRIS (e.g., Rippling) is a plus.
Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, or time-tracking systems (e.g., Rippling).
Prior exposure to state registration and compliance-related documentation.
Previous experience in a high-growth startup or fast-moving company.
Interest in the autism care industry or mission-driven technology companies.
Working Hours: Pacific Time Zone / Mountain Time Zone
If you are a high-executing, motivated professional with a strong bias for action, we encourage you to apply!
Compensation Range: $50K - $60K
