🚀 The Role: As a member of our provider success and sales team, you will:
Support Finni Health's social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, targeting practice owners, clinicians, and parents.
Create and curate engaging content that highlights our support, mission, and insights relevant to autism care.
Collaborate to amplify integrated marketing campaigns across social channels, maximizing reach and impact.
Actively monitor and engage with our community, fostering conversations and reflecting Finni Health's empathetic brand voice.
Conduct content research on trending topics within autism care, healthcare operations, and health tech.
Research and identify potential industry influencers and collaborators.
Assist in tracking social media performance metrics to refine our approach and drive growth.
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes, bringing new ideas to the team.
Help transform complex operational concepts into accessible, shareable content.
Utilize basic design tools like Canva or Figma to create on-brand visuals for posts.
Support social listening efforts to gather insights on brand perception and customer needs.
🦸🏼♂️ Intern Profile
Experience: Some prior experience in an administrative or social media role is preferred, which can include volunteer work, internships, or personal projects.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Eligibility: Eligible for an internship agreement with your university (if applicable).

Creative & Resourceful: Eager to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for engaging content.
Proactive & Organized: A doer mentality, organized, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Curiosity: An interest in learning about social media analytics and how to measure content performance.
Communicative & Collaborative: Excellent written communication skills and a strong potential for effective teamwork.
Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic startup where responsibilities may evolve.
Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic design tools.
