BehaveAbility, LLC is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in an in-home setting. This is a flexible, impactful role based in St. Louis County, Missouri; including areas such as St. Peters and O'Fallon, MO.

Location: St. Peters, O'Fallon, and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday through Friday, afternoons and evenings - some mornings available
Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week) with potential to increase
Starting Pay: $55-65 per hour or commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a home setting, with the possibility of school-based or community-based sessions as needed

• Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans accordingly

• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification required

• Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure required; provisional licensure will be considered

• Experience providing ABA therapy for children

• Strong communication, clinical, and collaboration skills

• Reliable transportation for travel to school sites
