Academy for Effective Behavior Intervention is seeking a passionate and skilled part-time Early Childhood BCBA to join our dynamic team! We are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through collaborative, family-centered approaches.

Key Responsibilities (Part-time):
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
Maintain accurate records and data collection.
Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Current BCBA or BCaBA certification from the BACB.
Experience in early childhood development and education.
Crisis Management/De-escalation Training (e.g.: CPI)
HIPAA Compliance Training
CPR Training
Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Available to work 10–15 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Compensation Package:
$80/hour
Schedule:
10-15 hours per week
Clinic Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
License/Certification:
BCBA or BCaBA certification (Required).
