Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time BCBA to join our Northeast Ohio team, primarily serving clients in Lorain County and nearby areas. This is a hybrid role that combines in-home services with Telehealth sessions, depending on clinical needs and funding sources.

This is a salaried employee position (not contract-based) with opportunities for growth, ongoing support, and involvement in shaping our local programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other diagnostic evaluations

• Develop and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Deliver direct and indirect ABA services both in-home and via Telehealth

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and ongoing support

• Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians

• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments

• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with HIPAA and payer requirements

• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in ABA

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Active COBA license (required for Ohio practice)

• Experience in both in-home ABA and Telehealth ABA delivery (required)

• Strong clinical skills, with a passion for child-centered, compassionate care

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel within Lorain County and nearby regions

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks

Relocation Requirements

Candidates must be willing to relocate to or commute within Lorain County, OH, prior to starting the position. Local applicants preferred, but we are open to discussing relocation timelines for strong candidates.
