About Us
At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot powered by WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before.
We are a hyper-growth Series B company, backed by over $100 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high-performers, united by our shared obsession with a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get shit done with urgency and focus.
Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are a team that is fiercely loyal to each other, where radical transparency and constructive feedback are how we grow and push for excellence. We are bold, we care less about what others are doing, and more about creating sustainable value and a product that truly makes our users' lives better. We are building the future, today.
About The Role
We are seeking an execution-focused Technical Product Manager to lead the charge in automating Félix from the inside out. Reporting directly to JM Mommessin, our Head of AI, you will be the linchpin between our core AI capabilities and our internal functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, among others.
This role is about creating scalable, production-grade AI agents that move the needle on our business KPIs. You will split your focus between deep-diving into business requirements with functional leads and working hand-in-glove with engineers to ship at least 10 high-impact agents within your first 90 days.
Responsibilities
At Félix, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruitment, hiring, placement, promotion, training, compensation, benefits, and termination.

Responsibilities
- Co-Own the Internal AI Roadmap: Identify, prioritize, and build business cases for AI agents across internal departments
- Rapid Agent Deployment: Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of agentic workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring we put at least 10 agents into production within your first quarter.
- Bridge Business & Engineering: Translate the needs of stakeholders like the VP of Customer Support or Head of Finance into technical specs that are realistic and buildable.
- Data-Driven Prioritization: Develop a framework to rank opportunities based on impact, cost-to-build, and ROI. You’ll decide whether we build custom in-house solutions or implement external tools.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work with a team of two dedicated engineers while partnering with engineering resources embedded in other departments to scale your impact.
- Continuous Learning: Stay at the absolute bleeding edge of agentic AI. You’ll be expected to understand RAG, fine-tuning, and the latest agent frameworks to ensure our internal tools remain "insanely great."
- 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience, specifically shipping complex backend systems, APIs, or data-intensive products.
- Proven AI Curiosity: Deep passion for AI. You should be someone who plays with LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks for fun and stays updated on the latest research.
- Pragmatic Execution: Experience shipping products in a fast-paced environment. You understand that "done" is better than "perfect" and can manage a 2-week shipping cadence.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Ability to interview department heads, understand their pain points, and negotiate requirements.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to build business cases and analyze performance metrics (latency, cost, task success rate) to guide product iterations.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to hold your own in architectural discussions with senior engineers regarding model performance and system trade-offs.
- Education: An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is a plus; an MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
- These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
- Competitive salary
- Initial stock options grant
- Annual performance bonus
- Health, dental, and vision plans
- Remote work environment, although we have offices in Miami and México City and would love to work in hybrid model if you are up to it.
- Continuous learning opportunities
- Unlimited PTO
- Paid parental leave
- Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
