We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and ambitious PR/Communications Manager to join our small but mighty Comms team at Fay. You’ll report into our Director of Communications and play a hands-on role helping bring Fay’s story to life across media, direct content, and strategic moments.

This is not a checkbox comms role. You’ll help us punch above our weight by crafting bold stories and content that cut through the noise, and spotting angles others miss. If you love translating complex ideas into compelling narratives, building media relationships, and rolling up your sleeves to make memorable work — we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help execute Fay’s communications strategy across media stories, PR campaigns, and direct content
  • Draft pitches, press releases, and briefing docs that reflect Fay’s voice
  • Support media outreach and relationship-building with top-tier and trade press across business, tech, health and wellness
  • Track industry news and cultural conversations to help surface smart, timely angles
  • Collaborate across teams to find stories that matter, and help tell them in fresh ways
  • Draft and edit compelling content across formats: blog posts, social scripts, talking points, internal notes
  • Support planning and execution of high-impact press moments, launches, and creative stunts
  • Monitor coverage, measure impact, and help refine what’s working
  • Be a trusted partner to the Director of Communications and a valuable voice in the room

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR & Communications, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • A natural storyteller and trend-spotter with hands-on media relations experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating a range of communication materials and messaging
  • Experience supporting speaker placement, award nominations, and event coordination for executive leaders
  • Clear command of leading-edge measurement and analytics tools (e.g. Muckrack, Cision)
  • Interest in health, tech, AI, and the future of care (you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be curious!)
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and new ideas fly fast

Why This Role Matters

This is a rare chance to help build the voice of a mission-driven company seeking to reshape access to preventative care. You’ll get to experiment, learn fast, and grow alongside a team of people who care deeply about what they do.
