About the Role:

The preferred candidate for the role of State Head should have extensive experience in the Market Linkage,Should have knowledge of Staples Procurement & Sales, a strong work ethic, and expertise in negotiating commodity prices. Additionally, possessing a well-established network in the mandis/Market and a thorough understanding of the industry would be an advantage

Role & Responsibilities:

● Responsible for achieving AOP target, ensuring growth and profitability of the assigned State.

● Develop and implement retailer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management and product line demand issues, set the business direction, and coordinate follow-ups with retailers.

● Identify various Institutions closely working with farmers directly and build relationships.

● Leverage integrating FarMart App to access farmers and provide inputs/benefits to them.

● Work with HO to execute specific partnership, MoU, agreement as per the need of business model.

● Retailer management including reach expansion.

● Supervise and manage the support functions:

● Plan and follow up with teams for seamless flow of materials.

● Ensuring that the team is uploading required documents in the portal to get the Retailers payment done.

● Actively manage inventory concerns as appropriate to meet business objectives.

● Keep a close eye on the competition.

● Full of confidence (Bold speaker)/Good at Numbers

● Great Communicator/ Stakeholder Management & Problem-Solving Attitude.

● Proficient in his state language along with Hindi and English (written and Speech)

● Knowledge on GTM.
