About the Role:

As a CS Trainee, you will be required to perform/ implement the statutory, regulatory, legal compliances etc. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of minutes of all the Board Meetings & General Meetings including the subsidiaries & associates of the company.
• Assisting in maintenance of statutory registers, E-filing of forms and returns, recording and maintaining details of share transfers.
• Assisting in preparation of Notices, Agenda and Directors’ Report.
• Assisting in preparation of the internal Audit Report for the Audit Committee.
• Assisting in preparation of the CSR Report.
• Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Report for the Company.
• Assisting in Filings of Annual Return. Filling of various e- forms with MCA under the Companies Act 2013.
• Assisting in Reporting of Foreign Remittances into India to RBI in Foreign Investment Reporting and Management System ("FIRMS") Portal.
• Assisting in Reporting of Issue of Capital Instruments to person resident outside India by Filing of FC-GPR under Single Master Form (“SMF”) with Reserve Bank of India on Firms Portal.
• Assisting in Maintenance and Updating of the Secretarial Database.
• Transfer of Shares from Resident Indian to NRI and vice versa.
• Reporting of Foreign Remittances into India to RBI for FC-GPR & FC-TRS.
• Preparing and Submitting the Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) to the Reserve Bank of India.
• Registration of Companies under MSME.
• Coordination with External Professionals and Internal Auditors.
• Assisting in the Documentation of Loans/Funding.

Must have skills:

• Must have completed Professional Pass CS Degree
• Strong understanding of Companies Act 2013, FEMA 1999 and other laws as applicable to the company.
