Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager with expertise in corporate and B2B sales within the Spices business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales and be a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your designated region, primarily focusing on corporate and B2B customers. This position requires a proactive and aggressive sales approach and entails regular travel within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate and B2B Sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target corporate clients and B2B customers in the Spices business segment.
Institutional Sales: Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, hotels, restaurants, and other relevant institutions.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned area.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our spice products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the Sales Director.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Travel: Be willing to travel within the assigned area to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven 2+ years of experience in corporate and B2B sales within the Spices or related industry.
Strong background in institutional sales with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
